1 , pre-installation checks. 3 , flotation machine installation error checking.
1 ) Install vertical and horizontal central limit deviation of ± 3mm, and mounted on the center line with a flotation machine , its center straightness tolerance of 3mm;
2 ) Install elevation limit deviation ± 5mm, and mounted on a center line with flotation machine , the relative elevation difference is not greater than 3mm;
3 ) Install the vertical and horizontal level of tolerance is 0.30/1000 .
4 , the tank assembly and installation .
1 ) the length of the tank in the direction of the body should be kept level ;
2 ) rows installed flotation machine, even into the tank after the overflow weir should be level , the height difference is not greater than 5mm;
3 ) rows flotation machine installed in the tank even as the relative position of each groove is not more than 5mm;
4 ) The tank is connected by welding ;
5 ) After positioning the tank should be installed pallets, platforms or embedded parts welded together.
5 , the vertical drive shaft parts inspection and assembly .
1 ) rotor ( impeller ) and the stator ( cover ) between the radial and axial clearances meet the drawing requirements to ensure the flexibility of the impeller idling ;
2 ) the vertical axis drive motor must be corrected when installing the vertical centerline , and the spindle motor sheave pulley height triangle are consistent and complete sets of triangular pulley tension level .
6 , the foam blade installation.
1 ) correcting the foam scraper and level of the line ;
2 ) Check the blade to prevent the card is installed correctly bearing shaft , each blade rotary bearing concentricity tolerance Φ2mm;
3 ) rotary blade should be parallel with the overflow weir , parallelism tolerance of 3mm;
4 ) between the scraper blade and the overflow weir gap of 4-6mm.
7, the intermediate chamber requirements.
1) The installation of the intermediate chamber and the tank and the gate contact between the intermediate chamber , to be close to each other so that no gap ;
2 ) Adjust the slurry liquid damper installed to ensure flexible.
