This product is widely used for grinding the materials in non-ferrous metals, ferrous metals, non-metallic mineral processing, chemical industry and the building materials industry. The industrial grinding machine is the key equipment for re-crushing the materials after they have been crushed. Ruiguang new generation of ball grinding mill has changed the original structure of the mill so that the body and the chassis are integrated. They can be put on the fundamental plane together. The main bearings use the double row self-aligning roller bearings which can reduce energy consumption by 30%, improve the fine granularity and increase the processing energy by 15% to 20%. In the using process of the ball mill, we should pay particular attention to the maintenance of the ball mill.

Maintenance tips of the Industrial Grinding Machine

First, all lubricants should be let out after the mill has continuously run for one month. You should thoroughly clean the mill and replace with new oil. After that, you should change the oil every six months combining with the medium maintenance. The lubrication situation and the oil level at each lubrication point should be checked at least every four hours.

Second, in the operation of the mill, the temperature rise of the main bearing lubricating oil should not exceed 55 ℃. When the mill is in normal operation, the temperature rise of the drive bearing and the reducer should not exceed 55 ℃, and the maximum shall not exceed 60℃.

Third, the transmission of the big and small gears of the mill should be stable without abnormal noise. If necessary, you should timely adjust the gap to make the ball mill run smoothly without strong vibration. The motor current should have no unusual fluctuations.

Forth, there should be no loose phenomenon in the connection fasteners of the ball mill. If the operation of the mill is abnormal, you should timely stop the mill to overhaul it.
