Brief Introduction to Chinaware Ball Mill
Chinaware ball mill is mainly used for mixing and milling materials, with even output fineness and small energy-consumption. The machine could use different lines according to the product requirements to satisfy different requirements. The milling fineness depends on the milling time; the structure is divided into integral type and free-standing type.
Main advantages of this machine are low investment, energy saving, novel structure, simple operation, safe operation, etc. It is suitable for mixing and milling general and special materials. Users can choose one proper model, lining board and media as per the factors, such as materials' specific gravity and hardness, as well as output, etc.
Working Principle of Chinaware Ball Mill
Our chinaware ball mill is of horizontal, cylindrical and tubular structure. It comes with two cabins and is a grate ball mill. The materials are evenly fed through the charging device to first warehouse where there are step scales boards, corrugated scale boards and different specifications of steel balls. When the cylinder rotates, the centrifugal force produced causes the steel balls to impact and grind the materials in the ball mill. The materials are then lead to the second cabin for further milling until they turn into powders and are discharged from the outlet.
