During the ball mill working ,the unit operator is responsible for equipment and production indexes. So as to ensure the normal grinding process , the operator needs to inspection the ball mill and its ancillary facilities , work product quality indicators, maintenance and adjustment. Inspection and maintenance of the main contents are:A ) equipment and ancillary facilities to inspection . ① ball mill inspection : a. Attention to check ministries screws loose , especially liner screw loose, pull off , resulting in leakage of plasma ; b. Checking back sand spoon head wear ; c. Attention nesting mill run rough or spit balls . ② fuel system checks : a. Always check the oil pressure is normal, should be maintained at 1.5 ~ 2.0 kg/cm2; b. Check oil and oil temperature, oil temperature should not exceed 30 ℃; c. Checking whether the distribution of the main journal oil flow uniform ; d. oil viscosity and cleanliness . ③ electrical appliances checked. Mainly to check the motor temperature , the temperature does not exceed the permissible value. ④ grading equipment inspection : a. Checking whether the spiral classifier leaves fall off, rotation is smooth ; b. Cyclone to mine the pressure is stable , if there is leakage or clogging mill .
2 ) grinding load checks. Groups including the original mill load to the ore and the amount of sand back . Ensure the load are constant grinding , grinding to achieve good stability is an important condition for the effect . ① to the ore to maintain stability are constant , periodic testing to the ore ; ② always observe the feed size changes, timely adjustment, multi-point discharge hopper as possible . ③ Qin look back sands and water situation, be original to the mining, sand back and out of balance and overflow . ④ attention to changes in motor current and mill sound , to judge mill load situation , the " bulging belly " to eliminate in the initial stages .
3 ) grinding and classification of product quality inspection.
