Henan Ruigaung Machinery Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer of ball mill, we have considerable experience in ball mill using, the following is a ball mill commissioning related matters:(1) Check the motor insulation dry and in the case of non-perishable air driven mill running test checks.
(2) detailed examination of the case by the fasteners.
(3) for all cleaning and oiling lubrication.
(4) Check the seal sealing device meets the quality requirements.
(5) Installation and inspection of various protection devices are complete and reliable.
(6) for empty mill (no media, no material) disk drive, check Burghardt grinding machines and other body without contact with other objects or collisions, with or without abnormal noise and so on.
Empty load test
After confirmation after passing an empty disc drive, then the empty load (without the ball, without material) test, empty load test shall meet the following requirements.
(A) the normal lubrication, no oil leakage.
(2) the main bearing humidity should not exceed 50 ℃.
(3) mill smooth, gear no abnormal noise.
(4) liner and transmission parts without loosening.
(5) No significant changes in energy consumption, more than 8 hours of continuous operation, no abnormal accidents.
Load test
Empty load test can be performed after passing the load test, load test shall meet the following requirements:
(A) before operating the mill in the first load specified load for 20% -30% of the ball and materials, running 8-10 hours, every 30 minutes after the normal 10%, Burghardt until full load and normal feeding under the conditions of 10-20 hours of continuous operation.
