Pay special attention to the primary wearing parts, such as fixed jaw plate, swing jaw plate, side protection plates, toggle plate, spring ect. Replace some of them if neccessary according to the specification of the orginal one( the exact same dimention, material). Many times, that when you find the capacity become smaller, the problem might lies here.

2.The exchange of the wearing parts is quite neccessary, though another issue should always bear in mind to make sure the smooth operation of jaw crusher. That is the lubrication system around the bearings. It is wise to replace the lubrication oil every 400 working hours.
