Ball mill is a commonly used grinding equipment, what should we pay attation to when using diesel engines in ball mill working? 

 

(1) selection of diesel mill than the local freezing point, the temperature was 2 ~ 3 ℃, in order to ensure that when the minimum temperature, the diesel mill will not affect the result of the work of solidification. 

 

(2) Prior to the diesel fuel tank must be sufficiently precipitated (less than 48 hours), so that water and impurities diesel adequately separated. Especially for the 1075 pilot mill, should pay attention to this, because this type of harvester is used with a pump rotor separation, if there is oil in the water and impurities can cause pump oil off the ball. 

 

(3) After the working requirements of each ball, and the precipitate was added a good diesel fuel tank and before the ball mill, the water tank water tank and impurities miss. 

 

(4) During the mill use, do not use frozen if the oil roasted ball, prevent the occurrence of fire.
